Anastacia & I graduated high school together, so I was thrilled when she reached out regarding engagement and wedding photography for herself and her fiancé, Wes. When these two mentioned the possibility of bringing their adorable dog, Murph, to their engagement session, that kind of sealed the deal 😉
The weather was absolutely gorgeous for this August evening, and Sewickley was the perfect backdrop.
I think it’s important that you all know the humans’ outfits were planned around Murph’s necktie, which was purchased shortly after the couple’s engagement 🙂 
Of course, Mr. Murph needed a solo portrait 🙂
Murph’s babysitters stepped in (thanks to Anastacia’s little sister & her friend!) to hang with him while we continued the dog-less portion of the session, and I’d say they’re nearly as cute without Murph as they are with him! 😉
This image below was my first glimpse of some fall colors this year, and it had me itching for a Pumpkin Spice Latte just a couple of weeks early!
