not everyone needs the same thing — and that’s exactly the point. simple sessions let you build a photo experience that fits exactly what you need in this season, instead of squeezing into a one-size-fits-all package.
want something short and sweet? perfect. want a full session but not looking for wall art this time? no problem. need help figuring out what would work best? i’ve got you. together we’ll shape a session that feels natural, relaxed, and true to you (and your pup), so the experience feels easy and the photos feel like you.
simple sessions
start by choosing what matters most to you: location, timing, and what you want from the session. whether you know exactly what you want or need a little guidance, we’ll shape something that fits your life without overcomplicating it.
build your session
this is the easy part! we’ll keep things relaxed, natural, and low-pressure, with gentle direction and space to just be yourselves. we'll capture natural expressions, beautiful moments, and everyone in their best light!
show up and be yourselves
you’ll select the number of images you want when you build the session, so this part is simple. after viewing your gallery online, you’re always welcome to add more images or upgrade to the full collection — but there's no pressure to upgrade!
choose what you love
how it works
start by choosing how much time you’d like for your session. whether you want a full hour to explore and capture lots of variety, a relaxed 30-minute session, or a quick and easy 15-minute option, there’s something for every season of life. each length is designed to feel calm, natural, and efficient. you’ll get beautiful, meaningful images no matter which option you choose.
building your session
next, you’ll choose where and when your session takes place. you can opt for a personalized on-location session, explore the beauty of sunset acres as we roam our private 125 acre property -- or keep things simple at the overlook, the backyard of our home that sits above the property. each option offers a different vibe, but all are designed to make your session feel easy and enjoyable. weekend availability can be reserved for an additional fee, which helps prioritize weekends for families who need that flexibility, while weekdays remain the most readily available option.
next, you'll select the image collection that fits your family’s needs. whether you want just a few favorites, a fuller set of highlights, or every image from your session, you’re in control. all images are professionally edited and ready to enjoy. if you plan to print, i’ll also guide you toward the best labs for beautiful results.
if you’d like to add a little extra to your session, optional upgrades let you customize the experience even more. from wardrobe styling to studio rentals, framed artwork, or themed setups, these additions bring a touch of luxury to your session. you can keep things simple, or enhance the experience based on what matters most to you.
simple sessions are designed to be flexible and customizable, so your final investment depends on the session length and add-ons you choose. most families invest between $795–$1,295, with the most common purchase falling around $995.
sessions start at $495, with options to upgrade session length, locations, and digital files to fit your needs.
